With a distinguished background that includes certifications from the John Maxwell Leadership Program and the Symbiosis Executive Coaching Certification, Yetty is equipped with advanced tools and strategies to support high-performing professionals on their path to purposeful leadership and sustainable success.

She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and an MBA in Healthcare Management, bringing over 17 years of diverse leadership experience across retail, hospital, and pharmaceutical sectors. Throughout her career, she has excelled as a corporate leader and people manager, known for driving performance and developing talent.

She firmly believes that every woman carries a unique seed of greatness - one that flourishes best in a purpose-driven, nurturing environment.

Yetty is also the visionary founder of Women of Heart, a growing platform dedicated to inspiring and equipping women for personal excellence, holistic growth, and intentional living. Her quarterly book club, “Unveiling the Covers,” has empowered many women to transform their lives through reflection, connection, and community.
